Those little white things in my testicles

You know something? I have no idea how it came to mind, but I was wondering what the hell those little white things are in a testicle. You know what I am talking about if you ever studied your balls.
Can any doctors chime in here? I mean it looks like broken shards of glass or something. What is the purpose of testicle sand? Let us get a discussion going on this. I want to make sure I have not been implanted with eggs by aliens or something. I also don’t want an unnecessary nutty-buddy. Shit looks like a crunch bar.
