Reliable hosting with no downtime
I like to complain alot in my posts, but I rarely get to give props to good companies. This time, I get to give credit where credit is deserved. I have a managed server through Hosted.us. I have been with them for about 2 years now. And so far, I have had very little down time. The only reason for that downtime is an attack on a website here and there. But they are very good about that. Every hosting company gets attacked. It is how they manage it that separates them from others.
My websites can handle a helluva lotta traffic without slowing them down, and the tech support is excellent. I have worked with a guy named Mike with this company that is on top of his game. If I have something that needs to be installed on the server he goes out of his way to make it happen.
One time I actually had multiple plugins that needed to be installed onto my server, and he had never heard of them. So he spent a few hours researching the plugins and configuring it for me. Then he shoots me an email to let me know things are up and running. Great guy.
I have also worked with the owner directly who is very helpful. His name is Corey. This guy’s life is hosting and data centers, so he knows his stuff. Anyways, I thought I would share a great company with you if you are considering hosting.
